Cloverdale is located in the picturesque Alexander Valley wine region of Sonoma County, just off Northern California Highway 101 about 15 miles north of Healdsburg. A small town of just over 6,000 in Northern Sonoma County, Cloverdale sits between Lake Sonoma to the west and the Mayacamas Mountains to the east. Cloverdale enjoys the warmest climate in the county and a school district in the top 5% of the state. Celebrating a revitalization of it's downtown plaza, Cloverdale hosts a weekly Friday Night Live event with farmer's market style booths, and live music during the summer, as well as the Annual Citrus Fair, and is evolving as a smart growth city with small town charm.
