Many people are unsure of the difference between a “Real Estate Agent” and a “Realtor®”. A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The National Association of Realtors® provides a facility for professional development, research and exchange of information among its members. I am also a member of the California Association of Realtors, and the North Bay Association of Realtors, both of which are sub-agencies for the NAR.
Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI)
The GRI designation is one of the most recognized designations in the real estate industry. Graduates of the Realtor Institute obtain thorough and grueling education for all aspects of real estate. By completing the GRI series, I have received 92 hours of live class continuing education credit, including Fair Housing, 1031 exchanges and Investment Property Analysis, Agency Relationships, Disclosure, Ethics, Technology Applications, Environmental Concerns, Construction Overview, Financing and more! The GRI symbol is recognized nationwide, and will also provide expanded networking opportunities to help you with your real estate needs.
Fine Homes Specialist / Previews Property Specialist
The Previews Property Specialist designation was established to define the highest of professional competency standards within the Luxury Real Estate industry, and to recognize the level of experience and exemplary quality of service provided to clients. By earning this designation, I have joined an elite group of Sales Associates who represent the top 1% of Real Estate professionals nationwide. I have been trained to meet the discerning tastes of buyers and sellers who want effective marketing strategy, in-depth information and confidentiality in the Luxury Home Market.
International Presidents Circle
Since 2005, I have been selected to join the company's International Presidents Circle, a prestigious honor bestowed upon the top 9% of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates worldwide. As a member of the company's International Presidents Circle, I have the opportunity to attend the company's Elite Retreat, a three-day conference exclusively for the company's top producing sales associates held in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This award is based on the previous years production, and can only be earned by maintaining a high level of success within the real estate industry. Additionally, out of over 100+ agents in our Santa Rosa office, I was ranked #10 for individual agents in production and sales.
