With this in mind, I make a PERSONAL GUARANTEE that you and your home will be handled with great care. During our time together, you will be represented with Honesty, Ethics, Integrity, Professionalism and Honor.

           If you are like most buyers and sellers, the period of time when you are focused on the real estate market is inconvenient, and stressful. It may feel like you are living in a fishbowl, or as if the search will never end and the details are overwhelming. This is the reason I am committed to giving you the absolute best service available. I will do everything possible to make your transaction enjoyable and successful.

            Sellers: 

            1. I will personally call you with an update every week.  

            2. I will call you anytime there is a change in the current market conditions and advise you as to how any changes impact the sale of your home. 

            3. I will make sure you have copies of all advertising and information being used to market your home. I will also provide a full file to you at close of escrow, containing all paperwork obtained. 

            4. I will provide you with a weekly update of agents who have viewed your home, and will allow you to participate in the sale of your home via websites such as homefeedback.com 

            5. I will always be 100% HONEST and straightforward with you. This is what you expect and will receive at all times. This may include information you don't want to hear, but should. 

            6. I will return all calls within 24 hours!

       

            Buyers:

           1. I will email you properties that match your search criteria as they become available and will be Networking with an extensive group of professionals to find your dream home.

           2. I will provide you with a Buyers Package educating you on the process of buying a home.

           3. I will provide access to the newest listings via a web-based program called "Clean-Offer", allowing you to search the MLS for properties that may vary from what we have discussed, and give you the option of changing your mind. Imagine that!

           4. I will communicate with you on a consistent basis to keep you informed and educated about what is going on,

           5. I will walk you through the process of buying your new home by attending your inspections, and meeting you at your title signing to answer any questions.

           6. I will always be 100% HONEST and straightforward with you. This is what you expect and will receive at all times. This may include information you don't want to hear, but should. 

           7. I will return all calls within 24 hours!
